I don't think I have ever draw these kinda ears beffore so I could be wrong but it doesn't seem to be following perspective if I'm not wrong. I looked at the front view and it looks to be pointing upwards more so I tried to get that more of in the perspective for the correction, I'm not sure how right I am so feel free to ignore my advice

There's a few things I'm noticing here
First of all, the face is not real following the center line. You did sketch it but then you ignored it lol, and so not not everything on the face is following the correct perspective. Here I have drawn a new line according to the lips and the eyes and I have fixed some proportions around it. Mainly the nose, which had to be protruding more to the right, and the right eye and eyebrow which are in a weird angle with respect to the rest of the face (for her pov it'd be the left eye and eyebrow)
I also fixed the jaw because it was too narrow, specially for her, who has a long face
Another small detail which I think can make her look more like herself is the eyebrows. In your reference, they curb a lot towards the center of the face, while in your drawing they are rather straight, maybe even curbing a bit in the opposite direction

I think if you add the hair now it'd be pretty close to her
Also, great drawing and great character!! She looks very unique
