I think it looks really good so far. Maybe you could make the lighting on the hair a bit more organized? mIt’s a bit confusing where the lights coming from. If the lights coming from above to the side I suggest looking up some references on pintrest. You can also add some lighting on the gun too if it’s affected by the light 😼🙏

Everything is so scratchy. Stop chicken scratching is my first advice, second is to think of it like a big shapes and color like that.
Where's the light source coming from? It's sort of unclear too, the jacket looks like the shading is coming from the middle and the face looks like lighting is coming from right and a bit far

Looks mucchh better to understand, I think you should add cast shadow, the face would block out light so it would have a shadow on neck
Same with the mouth, it would block out light to teeth
And the upper teeth would block out light to the bottom teeth
