I feel like its just the lines being too straight and there being no shading (i cant really tell whats going on in the photo i am so sorry)
Yeah same, could you give a rundown on what's going on
it's humanoid, but I'm not too sure what's what
perchance start with a normal human base, then alter?
@wraith forum @cosmic robin
Here is another one, ill delete the other drawings so i dont confuse anyone
This is just a sketch
Ill get the actual drawing in a sec
No need to delete, we just wanna know what element is what
simple diagram would work, since we'll have more specific things to give advise for
ah and first of all, I'd recommend starting with semi realistic human anatomy, at least for practice, before doing more stylized proportions
Maybe that later, for now: why does this look so flat
hold up could i try editing this a little and you can see
I accidentally deleted the actual drawing but i had the sketch so i just quickly had to remake
personally I'd shade after cleaning up the lines
Go ahead
Exactly what i was looking for
ok bet
aight a bit out of my depth on the shading and flatness ngl, I think I can help to streamline the design though, later on
though you did delete it ;-;
Yeah, i honestly thought i could rather use help on other stuff.
Like the drawing i just sent
Is this good?
Just like a 5 min tes
t
There
I think i just need better anatomy now
I like it yeah sorry for leaving you hanging my mom was beating my cheeks
thats good for a blank face so when you add features and clothes or whatever youll just shade each one and i can help with whatever
Damn, the legendary ass beating
LOL
Ah so first off. Anatomy is a thing to work on. Secondly, you are drawing shape without dimension, when you are drawing the human body break it down into boxes and circular sticks.
When you do this it gives a 3d perspective
Don’t draw 2d shape draw 3d shape basically
Like cubes and pyramid
