hi i just need practice ideas to do to improve my digital art

Try drawing characters from video games

It's super fun and forces you to try out different clothing options, hairstyles, body sizes etc.

But try to do it at random

Don't pick and choose which one you like the most

alright thanks

i second this

I mean it should be from games they like tho. Otherwise its not enjoyable for them. No shame in drawing your favorite characters either

I didn't mean they shouldn't but at least for me, it was really helpful as a method of study to go beyond drawing things that I liked (cause the things I like to draw are the things I CAN draw) so as a way to challenge myself I would do it at random so if the character had armor (I hate armor) I would still have to try and do my best which would not only help me grow as an artist but introduces me to new techniques

Also I don't really enjoy video games but I use them as a way to grow, so ig I come a more objective point
