Can you give me criticism on this drawing. It is done using a reference found on Google. I know the hands backwards and I'm trying a more unique style of lighter and shading. I am also gonna try draw faster so if you've got any tips please send them cause this took way too long.

the anatomy off the coloring is not consistent with forms her right hand is a left hand? her right arm starts thin and gets thick? and she doesnt have elbows
