For the arm: How to Draw: Foreshortening with the Coil Technique by Syrca
Hey everyone, this lesson covers the 'coil technique' and how I use it when dealing with foreshortening. Something I forgot to mention that is also very important for foreshortening is overlapping lines. I don't explain it but you can see when I erase areas that I try to make sure that the closer lines overlap the more distant lines to create ...
Btw, the body doesn’t have a consistent perspective. You might see it if you follow from the foot and go up. You can see the back goes straight then curves in to make a sort of triangle. You’ll need to start from the lower back and try to curve in very slightly to make the width of the shoulders.
Hope I explained it well (if you want I can redline it).
Hms I can see-
Might have redo the whole thin
But for now I'm making it as like a base thingy where stuff goes like a sketch
I don’t recommended using this kind of base. When using perspective I recommend you try using the box method, I found it helpful when I was just starting out.
