I mean line art is definitely the main thing but also i think your shading specifically on the clothes are a bit muddy rather than drawing lineart for the clothes on the clothes, put hard shadows as it isnt really clear how the fabric is foldimg and creasing

Specifically the gold on the clothes look muddy. Not the white

Also you should work on line quality and line weight. With line weight you are basically having the big important shapes have thicker lines along with the general silhouette. Meanwhile the smaller less important shapes get thinner lines. You can even go further and make some of these lines’ color closer to the color of the shape it corresponds with

I mean overall its definitely better but i think the problems with lineart and clothes still remain

Never use airbrush

#

Use a multiply layer

#

Don't shade skin with just a darker shade of the skin
