1st there's a concept called center of balance. i don't remember the exact way of checking but the way i measure is by drawing vertical lines from the heels. if the torso falls between the 2 lines then the pose is correctly balanced. if the pose isn't correctly balanced it might look off

so the muscle that goes along the neck connects from the collarbones to the ear so i moved that a bit to the right. and im not sure what angle you want to do with the torso but i think seeing the farthr shoulder and connecting the collarbone farther feels a bit more natural

id recommend just looking at some anatomy references for the torso/neck area to get a better understanding of the space you are working on

the ear is too low

basic measurement i use for the ear is: the bottom of the ear aligns with the bottom of the nose and the top of the ear aligns with the eyebrows

add some length to the upper jaw and move the ear up a bit it should look fine

A tip for clouds

Dont make the shadow too dark or it’ll look like a matte object

I think shadows were dark for the earlier cloud study bcs it was sunset plus the huge mass of clouds just blocked a lot of light

Honestly I did have troubles with picking the biggest shadow color

I tried not to color pick and I changed it a lot of times during

But thank you I actually plan to make some environment studies in future

So that's going to help

What i did was use the sky colour and set it to multiply mode then reduce the opacity

But to do it manually, it would just be a very light blue colour.

Loomis but one of my art friend helped me with being more confident and sovi just make a sketch, sometimes with a lot of mistakes to liquefy it or just replace things, sometimes I also put my sketch over reference to see all the mistakes
