I'm looking for my first iPad to buy! I only want to paint for fun and nothing really professional so it doesn't have to be the best/most exepnsive! I'm strugglign to get the hang of the Apple iPads and would appreciate some tips! I've been looking on the iPad Pro gen 3 11.0" and iPad Pro gen 2 11.0"!! Any tips/ideas on what to buy?

Honestly id go with the gen 3 out of the two. Yes gen 2 may be cheaper but imo its rapidly dropping in practicality. Ive been using it for a long time and at least for me and my uses which primarily consist of drawing and games it is starting to be too much. Also the newer you get the more able you are able to do more complex art.
Now as for making the adjustment, what exactly are you struggling with on ipads? The way you described it is incredibly ambiguous and i will need more info before i can give help on that

Thank you for your answer! Im struggling on how to compare the different generations etc. Also I’m a new digital artist and haven’t used/owned my own iPad before so it’s hard to know what to get. I’m only a hobby drawer 😅
