my art looks flat help

So I am drawing this and only when I zoomed out did I realise, it looks rlly flat, I still want it look kinda desaturated tho

i dont do coloring but some advice i have heard that i think can apply here. turn the drawing grayscale and make the values more readable. and also since the room is dark and the only light source is the device so make the light brighter and more vibrant

Basically shadow areas more dark, but that looks really good!
