So i assume you want to make it be a stylized cat? Or are you trying to do more realistic?

It's a bit difficult to give advice since you have such a unique style. It really just depends on what you're trying to go for and how you usually draw your art. Do you usually give your characters triangular heads? Do you usually connect the eyes in the center? Do you usually give your characters smaller proportioned necks? All of these things are abnormal to see in art, but if it's a part of your style and how you see your characters, then how do we properly critique it, ya know?

I think establishing your own art style and understanding how you prefer to proportion your characters is step 1. We are unaware of how you prefer your art to look, so there's not much we can suggest.
