To start, I think you should try to make the chin up a bit more. It would help emphasize the angle of the pose.

I really like the hair, but I think you should try and show it off a little more, like letting it drape over your character’s shoulders (optional)

And also, I would try and draw a few more lines of where the folds of the dress would be

Besides that, this sketch is really good and I encourage you to do the line art!
