Did you use the airbrush
Why is the face airbrushed and the jacket cell shaded
If say use cell shading got the whole piece to match with the jacket. Use a multiply layer with a warm colour for the shadows of his skin, in the place where the darkest values are add a little blue to compliment with the background (called ambient light). You could also add a rim light to make him stand out more. Also shade the hair in bigger shapes not individual strands because it looks a little like spaghetti
All values are too dark you need a higher contrast between the darkest and lightest values
Look at references always
Don't blend between very light and very dark values unless you really want to do hyperealism
