OC origin/personality ideas

so i've made my first drawn/developed OC and am having some trouble coming up with a back story for him

if you would like to leave a suggestion or idea for his character or backstory i would greatly appreciate it!

current characteristics :
-made of slime
-owns a mini restaurant/café
-prone to violence
-easily offended
-"clean freak"

This is such a cool character! Though it can be quite hard to determine lore or origin if there isn’t much known about the him,
Why is he made of slime? What kind of people are around him, are they human?
Is he prone to violence due to past experiences? -maybe in the cafe or something to do with cleanliness
Why does he wear a suit? -Is there a reason behind it?

Answering these questions may help you or others come up with some kind of backstory! I could help if I just know a little bit more about him!
You can always change a backstory or why something happens, you aren’t restricted to what you’ve already put down

1- still trying to figure that out, i want him to have always been slime like. so no (human turning into slime) type stuff, i was thinking something along the idea of maybe a s new material that was created turned sentient, which could allow me to add another feature ive been thinking of

2- My first idea for his surroundings was that he is in a modern/futuristic version of earth where their is a lot more diversity in peoples appearance. (ex: mechanical limbs) Its still humans and the majority are "normal" looking

3- For his violent tendencies i was thinking it would stem from his easily offended nature, and that stemming from ether a pride his owning his own business and/or discrimination he may have faced in the past due to his "abnormal" appearance.

4- His cleanliness obsession i think should be connected to being in a café (something about keeping a clean workspace/kitchen) and maybe with how because he is a slime he would be prone to melting under intense heat which would obviously have a negative affect on his clothing.

5- he wears a suit for formalities, but it may be would be cool if its custom made to be more resilient if he were to start melting while wearing it. he specifically wears gloves however to ensure any slime residue doesn't get on anything he touches for courtesy.

Amazing thank you! I would personally put all this information down on paper or digitally.
You could possibly create a timeline and any relationships he may have. If you have any other characters from this universe or world have a go at creating a mini story or comic with them interacting. This will develop you ideas of how he acts and who he is as a person. You can do this with just him.
Have a go at looking up characters from movies,tv shows,comics,books ect to find ones that may resonate with him!
I don’t have any ideas for him at the moment but I may be able to get back to you later!
