At first glance it looks incredible and perfect pretty much :D
Tho looking at it some more, all the shadows on the face are almost blurry 🤔 you could use some sharper ones to contrast that and create more volume.
Don't know what the reference looks like but the left side of the nose is a bit sharp and high :0 with the harsh clean line almost like line art clashing with the realistic render.

personal pref but it feels too smooth(?) and a lil too perfect. Hair doesnt lay completly in a blob/shape. it has lil hair wisps and stragglers. skin has texture to it and theres blemishes that shows through (even with makeup on sometimes). theres a lot of texture you can add in with imperfections and actual brush textures
i agree with corey. some shadows are just too blurred out and rids of your cast shadows (e.g. head casting shadow onto the neck)

I like the overall result but, the facial features were too smoothed to the extent of making them look blurry .. Try adding some clarity to them
