This is one of my best drawings and probably also the one im most proud of, i need some opinions on it and if theres anything i should fix.
I mostly need some help with the eyes, ive been struggling with those for ages i fixed them so many times and after a while i just left it as it looked fine but i want it to look better i just dont know how and i could really use some help

Ok. A major thing im seeing is that his skin is incredibly desaturated compared to the reference meanwhile everything else being about the same level of saturation

There are some deep shadows that are missing around the face. Also the shadow on the right side of the nose is not nearly as sharp as you are making it be

Looks better. However the skin inside the hoodie doesn’t look quite dark enough deep in the hoodie

Actually I think is the opposite wouldn’t it be the light parts that aren’t light enough

Yea I can see some parts that can be darker but it’s mainly the lights that are lacking

Where do i need to add darker parts and lighter parts?
Everytime i add something lighter to anything it looks kinda wierd to me so maybe im placing it somewhere wrong

Maybe your going too light, even just tiny chnages in value make a big difference
