that aint considered cheating right
alright cool
Yeah. Get the structure first (loomis method). Block in all ur main forms, dont jump straight into detail
Constantly compare different features to other features
it looks to me you traced the lines. not the structure
to trace the structure you need to pay attention to the underlying shapes as well as how the features are wraping around the head in relation to those shapes
HOWD THAT GET IN THERE
did not do in five minutes lol. i had to explain this to someone else a few days ago so i kept it in my photos
Search up the loomis method on youtube
close. you need to look for the full cranuim (primary part of the skull that houses the brain) you also need to look for the eyeline ( where the eye rests) and how it changes based on the angle it is currently at
Theres a ton of videos on how to use a ref to apply it to the loomis scturcutr
Structure*
Im trying my best
smh
Much better
yep. now replicate it without tracing
Lmaoooo how else will u lesrn
it was a joke
Ik
what did you think it was going to be that simple XD
this is the fun part
Gl soldier o7
now i can spend hours trying to do it
yep
alright cool
The nose is sligjtly off and your kinda missing the mouth line. Otherwise the rest looks fine
is it cheating if i use an elipse tool for the circle 🙂
i advise against it tbh
alright
work on freehanding circles
ill try without
No. But why do u need a perfect cricle when in the end u erase ut
trueeeee
is that better
Si
cool
so do i just put on a sub view
and do my best?
that looks horrendous without the picture lol

Is fine. Do be aware i have class starting up soon so discord will be completely on mute
alright all good
was just sharing my progress, would you suggest I keep practicing this method over and over on different references, or do i just finish this one completely
Outside of personal work i rec doing lots of practice with diff refs and anvles
