how to improve

I made this and I was wondering what I could try adding or improving to the piece. It feels boring to me

The hand definitely feels out of place. Also imo theres too much going on. Frankly it looks like a rainbow spewed all over it

Looks like none of ur colors has a purpose (not all highlights being yellow) so it throws the balance off a bit. I think hyperpop would benefit your work. And having the arm match too since its her arm.

Ok first off i did not say it was throw up. I was saying that it had so much rainbow going on to the point where its really hard to focus. Second me saying the hand looks out of place was me telling you that the hand does not match the rest of the drawing. Yk what both of those can be described as? Suggestions
