so i’m starting to learn how to draw furrys and i just finished the line art of my like third furry drawing
i wanted to touch base before i started the coloring process
also including the reference i used marked as spoiler because she’s wearing revealing clothing and i know their could be someone bothered by that

i was going for a wolf (and i was using my memory of a digitrade tutorial but i was honestly just winging it

i started fucking with the legs because you brought them up in your first text but it didn’t make any sense so i gotta start from scratch also thank you for the muzzle tips because i had no clue what i was doing their and i couldn’t find any helpful references for my tiny pea brain to understand

i knew this was going to be a learning curve for me lol i can’t draw animals for shit i’ve literally only draw (primarily female all human) characters my entire art journey (i’ve been drawing sense i was a wee child so a good 17 years of never branching out woops) . and in response to the plantigrade question i’m so new to this i haven’t even heard that term
now that i’ve pointed out to myself the embarrassing long time i’ve draw the same thing over and over again i’m realizing i really need to draw other things good god
i was trying to sorta replicate a digitrade leg while only being familiar with drawing regular human legs and it just didn’t translate the way it was supposed to it was super fun drawing the paws though i normally hate drawing feet
this is definitely the first step out of my comfort zone so who knows where i’ll go now
i have started working on backgrounds in some of my works. example this one but ahaha

i also did this neat background for a character i made for a dnd campaign
i think this is my last example of my (semi this one was probably a few months ago) recent artwork definitely room for improvement i’ll get their when i feel like devoting even more hours to the same piece
