#Graphite Vs Charcoal

Ultimately the answer is always going to be it depends. Graphite is better for smaller drawings you know just the smaller details but charcoals are used for bigger projects
Personally I would recommend graphite because it gives you more control over the smaller details rather than charcoal
Is there a particular reason why it needs to be powder? Ive not seen any times where someone actually used the stuff
I hate having to slowly build up layers to shade. with the powder it would take a lot less time because I would just have to use a brush. tbh I dont know how to describe it.
thank you
Ok. Do be aware that powder will still require patience. Cant do it all in one go
