Ho do I draw hair from this angle chat! I can't tell the angle o the hair rn

Assuming the head is kind of looking into the direction the arrow is pointing (tilted upwards), the hairline will be higher up on the head. You won't see too much of the hair on the top of the head (unless it has a lof of volume) and in this case most of it will be seen on the side and depending on the length at the bottom. Drew a couple examples over it. Hope this helps
