Depends on the question tbh. Something as simple as this gets answered pretty quickly

Now to answer your question it all really depends on your device, budget, and your needs. Two popular programs are ibis paint and clip studio paint. Ibis is a free app however if you want more features you need to pay extra. $29.49 usd for single payment or $2.99/month or 27.99/year

With csp there is a free trial period but once that is over the app is locked and youll need to pay to continue using it. Theres a pro and ex version(managed by how much you pay) pro is the cheaper one while ex is more expensive. Pro is $54 usd while EX is $237 usd

i can do paid

the pro and ex what is the difference

Really theres not a substantial difference. Its just a bunch of added features that kinda go unnoticed. So really its just the pro that most people get because its what people use

#

I technically have the EX version however i do have it via annual payment due to me having an ipad connected to my account. They dont like single payments for ipads for some reason

#

Just be aware tho that the program and brushes and stuff will not make a difference in how good of an artist you are. That all comes down to developing your skills. The brushes help with aesthetics, and the program is just what works and makes sense to you
