Here is one small tip: when you drew a pose, imagine doing that pose yourself and see if it would be uncomfortable or even possible. If not, then try to re-draw it so that the pose would feel more comfortable for you. Hope this makes sense!

Male and female have different anatomy proportions - studying a skeleton is importantly, but even just looking at their bodies!! Trapezoid - Male Triangle - Female - Males have broader shoulders usually while woman do not, but have more curve on their thighs - I can show you some of my reverence drawings iyw in dms!!

How I taught myself for anatomy was that you need a line before to show the angle

A c or s curve

You would use this line for your whole body depending on the angle

When you look at a pose, try seeing what curves it goes: is it straight? Is it curved? Is it in an S form
