i quit art right after i got unsatisfied with my art, no i did not compare my art to anyones art. i just felt unsatisfied. i quit a few days after starting. I Don't understand bases or anything. all the tips i searched for on youtube were too advanced for me or went too quick for me to process. i need to understand the basics in general, i don't know how to draw bodies, faces, or hair. anything in general is a struggle. i want to feel fun while drawing, but i cant when i feel anger at my own art for being too bad.

i js wanna draw a roblox character rbuh
it should be really simplke
my software is paint.net
start with simple shapes and simple 3d shapes
visualizing anything is basically breaking an object down to shapes its made of
for example a head is just a sphere with details
not rlly theres a jaw etc etc
a head is just a sphere with details
that logic still applies 🤷♀️
unless you use the cube method in which case, a head is just a cube with details
well thats a place to start then, try making straighter lines
no my hands shake so much to the point it suddenly descides to go down
most likely to fast typing tho
muscle memory
btw when drawing do i keep my mind focused on thinking or focused on the reference or drawing
personally i try to emulate the reference
i dunno if other people do the same
ima try to roblox
is tracing okay for learning
like a roblox avatar
rolox avatars arent like copyrighted or considered art i msure
nope thats totally fine but make sure to label whatever you trace as traced
no i dont post my art so
i traced roblox avtar
Maybe try to break it down to shapes and draw it again without reference.
square square square cone
tree thing
baby crying
WAHHH
general commotion
OH MY GOD, MY BABY
fireworks!!!
boom!
Like you said, you need a course that teach the basic, YouTube doesn't have practice, maybe find an online corse somewhere else
You need to have patience things take time you're not going to be immediately good at something that's how humans are naturally we can't walk immediately after we're born we're physically unable to but it's because of help from others we are able to walk yeah we may stumble from time to time but hey we get the hang of it we're not born immediately writing Shakespeare we start off copying letters writing on our own but before that we start reading we don't do that immediately it takes time to learn that
