how do i fix her head and neck

Her neck isn't the problem it's her head you need to bring it up slightly move it at a upwards angle to the left just a bit until it looks right. Also the shoulders are way too wide and stiff use the adjust tool to bring her shoulders down again diagonally at a lower angle

think of a line, splitting her upper body in half (in between the collar bone), the middle of the chin should line up with it, but the heads too far left, have to move it more right
