Am i using too much blue?

so its still a work in progrees but bassically, im drawing this guy as if he was outside in the night and im bassically wondering if im using too much blue

If I were you, I would darken the background from white. Color theory has a lot to do with how your eyes percieve color too. (Why a dark blue can look different in dark and light backgrounds. As well as for example having a dark blue in a yellow or red environment)

I think that would help.

but the shading on the char is good? Like placement and all that

Yeah, night time is just one indirect light source (probably the moon). So it looks fine to me.
