First of all, what’s b&w and secondly, the Talmen are beings that sorta speak in a deep old English way and council around me to speak, so not horror they’re quite nice. Just somewhat spooky in the sense that they’re so calm.

higher contrast. the figure lays a bit too flat. if youre wanting the minimalistic coloring, a gradient (doesnt have to be as harsh as mine) would work and define the shape a bit more
the thing with mystery is playing around with contrast
