I NEED OPINION THAT RELATES TO THE CLOTH MATERIAL, NOT IF ITS SEXUALISING OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT
So the material is military cloth uniform, which I know tends to be stiff but at the same time very thight. the question is what would be more correct to render it as

Number 1 most definitely! Since the material is thicker it wouldn’t wrap around the breasts so easily

Only time the second would be happening is if it was tailored to be fitter around the boobs. And i can guarantee no military uniform would do that
