In my opinion you dont really need a tablet with a display to start with, they're much more expensive, and personally I dislike the ones with display, so I recommend a XPPEN Fun L, ive drawn on a friends one and its really fun
But personally i use the stuff from wacom, its awesome

Stick with a good but still low price option just incase digital art isnt for you
