Head looks fine, it's the perspective and clothes. The eyes looks wrong too, especially the eyes. try to first start with guides, I reccomend using Loomis method, I think there's atleast a 20-30 second video in tiktok so it won't take your time to watch. I also don't think you should be scared of using rough lines too, try Sketching first before the line art so you can easily figure out the perspective, try focusing on the main points of your reference.
In summary:
- uss Loomis method to easily get you guided on the perspective
- try using rough lines
Honestly if you manage to find the right perspective everything else in the reference will just look easy to draw ngl
