yes guidelines are needed all the time, only people who have draw for Decades can skip certain parts of the process, gesture, guidelines etc, but that comes with many many years of experience once you are a master, King Jung Gi (RIP) depending on the experience and skill of the artist they can have different methods or can skip some.
rip kim jung gi, he was the great, the legend who can draw many point perspective without a reference
I see i havent try to draw gesture should i try it or should i master drawing face first?
i learned them both at the same time, pick any tho, cuz theyre both useful
Also do you have tip for the hair how to draw it?
depending on ur style, mine is simplifying and that means i turn them all into big shapes instead of strands
and thats usually how most people draw it i suppose
you won't MASTER a fundamental before moving to a new one, you will get better at it, improve, move from perspective, gesture, anatomy etc, and then, after years, you will actually GO BACK and study them again, you will have a certain level, idea, on faces, composition, color, you will level them up, some will be lvl 3, others 5, other 1, don't wait to MASTER something because that will not happen.
Make sense ill do what you said then tnx
Ok tnx i dint know there are 2 type of hair simplifying and strand ima look st youtube how to draw strand hair
