Well its a good start but i think you should improve of zhe faceshape bevause it looks kinda wiggly, you should look at refrebces or look up some tutorials 👍

It’s really good for your first time!! I suggest working on proportions more and the facial features. The eyes, nose, and lips are all essential in defining the face and character of the person / reference you’re trying to draw, so mainly focus on practicing those, as well as the hair.
