I tweaked it alot but then the pose still kinda feels awkward:3 can anyone help me point out where gone wrong and hwo to fix it?:3 there’s also a chili side profile there (if it helps(?) with what ideas I had for the pose too), thanks:D

You could make the pose more dynamic
Incorporate different hand poses
Instead of making the hand straight you could angle it

He seems pretty tense despite his relaxed face and kind of like he's shrugging. You could try to widen out the shoulders and lower them a bit. Your problem might be that his head is bigger than his body aswell, but doing the things I suggested above should fix that. but again that could be art style. Personally I don't really see any BIG problems here.
The hand is pretty big and straight, you could look at a hand in that position, or your own, and add some of the creases
