unsatisfied with a commission

Yesterday I finished a commission for a friend but it looks absolutely terrible. I drew Fischl from Genshin Impact but I was struggling on how to apply clothing onto the character. Usually I take longer to complete semi-realistic artwork, but since I was limited in time it’s probably the reason why my work looks horrible. My friend didn’t mind if I drew Fischl lazy and she said she loved my artwork too, but I’m very open for critique. The background is unnecessary but feel free to give criticism to it as well.

I think the face is too long and above the upper lip is too long while the upper lip is too short. You also have the nose looking too straight. Everything is also under rendered. Clothes also are really flat in comparison to the face and hair. You really need to work on your form tbh

I think I’ve nailed the art of form, but doing that in a limited amount of time almost makes it impossible for me to render form. But generally doI just need to work on form? Ty btw.
