Okay. So for figure drawing, I don't think that's the best ref. I aaaalways recommend this website: line of action. Example:https://line-of-action.com/practice-tools/figure-drawing?category2=female&category3=adult&category=clothed
But visit the main page.

Now that I've said that: I'm guessing you're used to more anime style because the face has that little anime snout going on - the nose is actually very small on real humans, especially females.

The way you drew the shoulder shows you didn't understand the shoulder in the pic, but that's fair because the picture wasn't amazing for that. The shoulder muscle basically united with the chest. So it wouldn't go down like that, rather part would go for the collarbone, and the bottom for the lower chest area.

The leg in the air is a bit weird, but that's because of the ref again.
The other leg: Notice how both parts unite creating a perpendicular line with the base, there isno overlap like you drew in yours: This is very important to learn for joints. Analyse how your own joint moves! Also the leg is a bit too thin and the angle isn't quite right but...

Overall: Actually very nice work!

Proportions are almost perfect. I'm guessing you started with elipses? If so, awesome. Drawing stick figures as the first draft is also nice
