just like normal human head, the chibi isn't a perfect circle

don't try filling in the lines of the circle, try making it a little shorter

the thing about guidelines is that people think you have to follow them exactly, they're guides you draw them for the base not the fine details, just try a circle smaller in the head to connect it with the chin arch, rather than accommodating the entirety of it to the arch
