I don't think so, though I'm not really much of an artist so maybe my eyes aren't refined enough to notice smaller flaws, but to my eyes everything looks good.

the fingers are spread so its hard to tell

Yes it's the last finger on the inside which is why it's wrong. You put your thumb on the outside. Unless he's looking at his palm (if so, why?) Then it's on the wrong side

Or I'm looking at the wrong finger

So the mouths are looking pretty 2D on a lot of characters. I recommend paying attention to the forms of the face and think how it would wrap around the face rather than be its own 2d shape
