The character has to lean more because in your drawing it seems like all of the weight is distributed onto the left leg while in the reference she's leaning in to distribute her weight onto the right leg

(this is more evident through the arching on the reference because it shows you that she's leaning in to balance her body)

I think the mistake you made here is that you misproportioned where the shoulders should be, because it's a BOTTOM UP view you can't exactly see the TOPS of the shoulders like we can in your screenshot, this is basically a perspective reference

I'd say work more on the perspective and do trace out the general shapes of the reference to get a good idea of that
