Fighting game rap star help

This character is supposed to be a rap star, but I'm afraid that:
A) his design doesn't feel "rap enough"
B) his design overall is too bland
C) that I didn't emphasize his legs enough, since he's a rushdown character

Is there anyway to fix this design? Any help would be super helpful. Thank you!!

lol idk what you mean by rap enough. rap doesnt have a defining clothing item you wear, at most people follow street wear. id suggest some accessories like a belt, belt chains, necklakces, earrings, rings, etc. itll help tie an outfit together

when youre drawing rappers you gotta remember that they portray a life style they usually dont have so theyw ear really over exaggerated shit

issbrokie is an underground rapper that usually fits these exaggerated stylized characters

since youre going for that baggy pants look dont be afraid to really over exaggerate them
