I dont really have any direct advice but all i can really say is to practice and keep experimenting. You cant expect your art to turn into that instantly just because you want it to look like that. I have artists i want to look like but its just not possible to flick a switch and instantly draw like them. It takes time and practice just like with any other skill
practice human anatomy, then gesture drawings, then combine them.
Learn Shading and shading styles.
Learn textures.
Learn how light reacts to different surfaces (for each... and every... last surface :/)
Learn color theory
Learn digital coloring methods
Learn how to blend colors
Learn how animal anatomy works (once again different for each animal).
each of these sadly take an astonishing amount of time to learn but you can do it after a while.
and focus on 1 thing at a time. since each topic has like a thousand parts to it.
Yeah. You cant master everything all at once. Takes time and dedication. Cant be learned passively
To draw this you honestly have to master realistic drawing, then when you will stylize it you will understand what you are doing and why as you learned the basics with realistic
Yes, that's what I was already assuming. Just gotta practice more

Realistic drawing huh? That definitely will take much time. But I'll do that. Do u have some recommendations on what I should study specifically?

It honestly isn’t complicated at all and has some great explanations, you don’t even need to read any of it you can just copy the drawings!
