This looks so pretty! I personally don’t have much to say about the design aspect but you could try exaggerating some things, maybe like her neck bow or her sleeves. I also notice that her right arm doesn’t line up with her shoulder but that’s a simple fix! ☺️

same outfit but I exagerated some parts, balance is fun to play with especially with anime characters, don't be afraid to make things big, big bows, big skirts, big frills !
