Which hair color looks better?

this is my pokemon oc, shes meant to kind of look like a shiny mega gengar. This is my first time drawing her in color so i have to give her colors now… i cant decide between blue hair or orange hair though

i prefer the blue hair- it looks balanced with the blue jeans. the orange hair makes her look "top-heavy" imo & her bow stands out more w/ blue hair

I think turquoise would look really good

how about this? I made it kind of a light turqoise and fade to a more purplish blue

If you turn off the saturation the hair blends in with everything else. The whole design has the same overall value. Try and up the contrast. If youre wanting to stay pastel you still can do that while having more contrast going on. Experiments and see how you can accomplish this while remaining pastel
