not really sure what's going on with the arm not holding the mic but the hand there looks ok. hand holding the mic is a no ^^° (needs more fingers, let us know if you need more help to figure it out). sketch looks quite cute tho ^^

I think you should shift the left arm a little more to the left (not including her shoulder) because of how you drew her shoulders. You drew her shoulders like she is standing still with her arms down but her arm is moving in a different direction that doesn't look suitable for the character. I think if you want to go for something more natural while still keeping a similar pose you can rotate the upper body a bit so that her body is facing more towards the audience. That way it looks more natural and makes the character look like a passionate and energetic idol rather than using a stiff pose that looks like she's just awkwardly handing the audience the microphone. This is prob more than what you asked for and I'm not saying you need to start all over but if you plan on drawing another idol-like character then I suggest keeping this in mind. I put some references if you want future ideas.

its so hard to tell whats going on with this sketch, but the arms, especially the one in the back, are really unnerving

the one in the back in not natural, the hand is good but the arm positioning looks very uncomfortable

the mic holding hand is still ambiguous and the angle of the pose is conflicting. The body parts dont follow the perspective and the pose of the right arm feels awkward

Even if the mic holding hand is anatomically correct, its still ambiguous and your art should not aim to be ambiguous.

You're used to clarifying the pose with your sketch but to someone who's never seen it, its an arm with a mesh ball at the end of it. It isnt obvious what it is
