I think the ear needs to be moved forward. Ears sit in connection with the jaw. The head also feels a bit to big.

So a few things im seeing. One, the ridge of the eyebrow is very flat. Not only is it important to have it more defined in genral but it especially is so for when the eyebrows are furrowed. The ear is also way too far back. It almost looks as tho you put the ear in last after you did all the hair. Idk what you actually did but thats what it seems. Be sure to draw the whole head regardless of what may be covered. Knowing the underlying structure of the body is important so that way you can more accurately draw things draping over it whether that be hair, clothes, or something else. You also have the entire torso looking a bit small.the top of the neck also looks really thick
