I need help with certain aspects of my sketch please (weapons)

after looking at it for a while, I decided to change a few small things. Someone please tell me if this looks better. Advice is still appreciated.

I made the dagger longer and the base of the sword less wide. They still look a little off, but I think i'm getting somewhere.

i think the dagger's handle needs to be longer, so a hand could properly fit around it, the sword could be longer, dont even have to see the end of it. other than that, i think some of the awkwardness of the weapons is because of the bodies' proportions

look up references of real swords and daggers in comparison to a person.
