perspective wise, its good, but the right hip (left side)
would still show a bit. the orange line is where you have it, the green line is roughly where it should be.
also, in the perspective, it looks like you have the body turned, in which case the arm behind him should be slightly smaller.
the orange is the corrected spot
(the extra green lines i drew across the shoulders, i used to also find the horizon line for the elbow to help show why)
as for the face, its slightly off center but otherwise really good.
The hat i couldnt tell?
it could be the flipped up design, but usually you dont see the underside of the hat that aggresively on both sides if its being tipped on only one side. I could be wrong, since i dont know this character though. i hope this helps

the metal looks good, but the abs are kinda stretched, but its armor plates??? so i didnt mess with those since again, i dont know the character,
