Heya, i've hadnt drawn in a while so my goal was to at least just draw something.
I also ended up for the first time really trying to kinda add perspective by drawing the whole area instead of just a character floating, emphasis on how the character sits or how the chest shapes due to the chest being on the table etc.
Perspective's still something i gotta figure out more, but personally i believe i did an alright job.
Problems i see, are mainly the facial features (Goldfish eyes) i had to mess around with the face for a while and winged it until it was semi acceptable.

Looking for feedback in terms of Perspective, maybe tips on how to get a good face?(non-artist Friend said something seems off with the jawline; I cant really see it)
Feel free to point out everything that seems off including a proper critique on how i could resolve it 🙂

Very much appreciated!

The camera perspective in your drawing feels alot higher than it is in the reference

The lower body is too far to the right, maybe select and transform the whole thing to the left so it connects better to the upper body above the table

as for face, the chin should be more to the right shouldn't jut past the cheek at this angle, and the eyes should be at the same level on the face. Try drawing 2 lines parallel to the tilt of the head denoting the top and bottom of your eyes so you can get the same level.

For the nose, maybe just do dot nose lol

Flip your drawing over and over while youre drawing to notice mistakes, keep flipping until you dont notice them anymore

Pardon, it was 5 am and i barely managed to put a good description of what my goal was^^
When it comes to perspective, my idea was to change it a bit, in order to test if i understand how perspective really interracts with the picture/background.
That may actually change a bit of your critique when it comes to the body itself.

The main issues i guess were more so the face, so thank you for the critique! The face i've struggled for sure, ended up throwing the guidelines and tried to wing it. (Im still a decent bit inconsistent when it comes to faces)
I'll keep that in mind; Re-adjust chin, re-adjust eyes to be on the same level via 2 parallel guidelines around the head and the nose, yeah i've actually just let it be after my first try, genuinely forgot about making it look better X)

Also yeah this one def. hasnt been flipped a whole lot, you're right, should def. do that more!

I'll potentially rework some stuff whenever i end up finding time to draw! Thank you lots!

Hey hey!! I won't touch on much since I know a lot was already mentioned, (unless you want more feedback) but here's something to keep in mind with the eyes! This is what I sent to someone else earlier but I'll send it here as well 🫶 hope it helps a bit

Hey! Sorry this took me so long today was crazy loll.. I didn't do much and this was done very quick and rough so it's not perfect ofc.. I explained what I did in purple and then anything I ended up drawing over I also left you a clean version of. I didn't want to draw over the face but it was hard to make it clear. I ended up very roughly penciling in where I would put the facial features, hopefully this is a bit helpful to you. Ur doing a great job!

Looking back at this now, I just realized in the clean version I gave you, that was the hair layer I was supposed to delete 💀 oops that's embarrassing LOLL just know I had a better looking one hahaa

Thank you soooo much!
That def. looks a lot better. I've a couple questions tho.
As i tried to copy the pose of the model in the reference, her shoulders do end up kinda slope down, the one closer to the window.
You've drawn in the proportions, is that like because i had it out of proportion or is that what you drawn in because it looks better?
Like, when it comes to the changes you made, its clear that it looks tons better, but it also strays slightly away from the refence.
So were those meant to show me generally speaking what i could change to make it look better?

Def. agree on the hair, re-do of the face, looks so much better. I'll def. try my best to figure it out to get it more frequently lookin like what you came up with! :3

Sorry if that's a bit confusing, im not really sure how to put it properly into words

#

Actually pardon, i'll import it , compare it, before im tripping over my own words lol

Thank you, i wasnt fully sure if my shoulders were just plain wrong or if you didnt look at the reference.
Either way, imma be honest, your version is just great, looks so much better. Comparing it rn i love that you tapered the cheek more in toward the chin.
I've kinda skipped ahead after i had the head shape semi under controll, went to focus on bodies. So i struggle with head/face/hair whenever it doesnt just work out first try.
Eyes + positioning are a ton better too, more realistic than my big goldfish eyes i had going.
Def. need to work on faces more accurately.
It feels like so far when it comes to bodies, i can wing it without having learned proper anatomy, so that beginners believe it. But i obviously wanna get better, bit stuck at not fully knowing how to progress. But i think going back to faces and making more headshots should be the way to go

Absolutely a godsent, thank you 2579espeonlove
