Itd be helpful to see the whole Image but ill say what i think might be off

There's a tangent between the fingers of the left hand and the next persons thigh

The skirt and the shirt kinda blend together. Id recc doing whats in your ref and have the shirt come out a bit more than the skirt to imply its on top

We can’t see the back of the skirt, adding just a couple extra lines in the back sells the whole 3d look

from what im seeing though i think the problem is that her left leg is raising yet the skirt is not reacting to it in the drawing
