I have this drawing and I want to shade it but I feel like there's something that i am missing in the drawing. what can I do to fix it?

@ocean burrow Its from imagination and I did combine some references to get the medium details in this piece. I should have attached references for the drawing to compare and contrast the anatomical stuff.

its because of the moustache. I should have been more clearer by making the photo easeier to see.
