What do i need to improve on?

this is my best drawing yet and ik it looks bad "im 13"

First off i want to mention, you draw better than i did when i was your age. Do you do any underlying structural sketches?

looks good so far! here are some things id changed:

1. have the hair have more volume. just bringing it up more
2. make the left eye bigger and turn it slightly to match the right eye.
3. shift the nose over a bit to fit on the center line
4. move the mouth upwards a bit to make room for the chin
5. enlarge the ears to match the proportions. ears start at the eyes and end at the nose
6. straighten out the neck. necks arent that curvy.
7. optional but adding some of the shoulders/chest area to give more foundation to the head rather than have it be a floating head

with enough work you can. but if you dont put in the time and effort into it, you will improve a little but will remain stagnant in the end. practice with intent, and not passively

not really, but a good free software ik of is krita. i use mostly procreate and csp because i feel it is worth spending my money on. not everyone has to share my opinions on it. in fact its important for others to develop their own opinions for things like this.

Ur using the animation app to draw?? Ur amazing, I can’t even draw a circle on flip a clip😭. I use ibis and it’s great. I pay for it to get the premium benefits but even without paying for it you get 80% of the features ngl. But you have to watch one ad a day to unlock ALL the brushes. Which is a W tbh. U should try it🤌🤌

That’s true, but it still takes quite a lot of effort to create an OC especially when the app you’re using isn’t specifically made for that🔥 so that’s cool.
